What is Mechatronics?
Mechatronics, originating from Japan, refers to the integration of electronics and computer technology to manage and control mechanical systems. The field covers various areas including modeling, sensors, real-time computer interfacing, and control systems. Upon completing the course, graduates can work with sensors and control systems, automation and robotics, artificial intelligence and expert systems, transportation and vehicle systems, as well as computer-integrated manufacturing systems.
Mechatronics is an application of electrical, mechanical, control and computer engineering to develop products, processes, and systems with great flexibility, easy in re-design and ability of re-programming.
